Job Purpose The Work Management Coordinator is responsible for managing the intraday execution of Customer Meter Services (CMS) Collections work in an efficient and effective manner which yields optimal technician utilization while exceeding regulatory and customer safety and satisfaction obligations.
Key Accountabilities Work with field operations (CMS), Resource Planning, Gas Ops, Contact Center, and Collections organizations to ensure efficient work execution throughout the day Provide support to the field for intra-day work management Act as a communications center of the field, ensuring required support is in place to be able to execute field requirements.
Maintain communications with internal departments to enable field technician work order completion Optimize technician work assignment and routing to yield improved work execution, increased technician utilization Qualifications High school diploma required Experience in a utility industry is preferred Ability to multi-task effectively and remain focused throughout workday Able to work different shifts is a must, with potential to work weekends.
Working hours may exceed 8 hours/day Strong organization and planning skills Strong verbal communications capabilities Capable of analyzing situations or significant amounts of work and making quick decisions Ability to work with multiple software applications, inclusive of Microsoft Office 365 Must successfully complete the pre-entry assessment test More Information Salary - $74,000 - $87,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
