Our first impression associates are rockstars at representing Flaherty Physical Therapy to create an exceptional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities include answering the phone, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, intaking new patients, collecting patient payments, maintaining up to date medical records, and other general tasks associated with the front office and the clinic.
Necessary skills include:
Positive team-player attitude Excellent and open communication Exceptional attention to details Reliability Ability to work both independently and with a team Exceptional customer service skills Generous and caring nature, kind, and courteous attributes Willingness to learn and grow Effective time management Ability to multitask Be organized Strong computer skills Confidence in your abilities to thrive in an exciting and challenging job Experience in customer service, in a medical office, with electronic medical records, and checking insurance benefits is a definite plus! This is a full-time position and will be based in the Northborough clinic.
The starting salary is $19.
00 per hour with the ability to earn a monthly bonus based on performance.
