Compliance Specialist

Performs supplier management and oversight activities (Supplier Change Notification / Supplier Qualification). Generate Quality Technical Agreements with Raw Material / Service Providers. Perform audits necessary to ensure the compliance of manufacturing procedures to in-house specifications and government regulation. Interprets complex, explicit documentation to ensure quality standards and compliance. Works under only very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy. Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify. Frequent internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
