Helpdesk Technician

This is a great opportunity for someone who is trying to get their feet wet.
In this position you will be responsible for providing excellent support to the field technicians.
You will be leveraging call scripts to guide the technicians through the install process, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise.
You will also be responsible for Providing Phone support for technician calls by using scripts Remotely installing and configuring point of sale retail technologies (Training will be provided) Analyze, troubleshoot, document any technical issues.
Work closely with other team members to provide top notch customer service you will need to be able to clearly document any work Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to and understand information We want to talk to you if:
You are ready to LEARN! Strong grasp of All Microsoft applications (Outlook, Powerpoint,Excel etc.
) Understands technology concepts (must be willing to learn) Excellent communication skills both when writing and speaking Passion to help others with technology Bonus anyHelp Desk experience This is a great chance to get moving in the career you want, don't miss out.
We have two roles open:
Sunday-Thursday 9pm-5:
30am OR 12am to 8:
30am OR Monday-Thursday 2pm to 12:
30am.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
