Account Executive - Sales Advisor

Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Target assigned account list of prospects and develop new business relationships Develop and adhere to prospecting plan Develop relationships with prospect contacts Qualify opportunities and  develop opportunity strategy Recommend solutions to prospects as appropriate Lead the development of sales proposals and presentations that are consistent with NFPCS standards Work collaboratively with account management teams to close business Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing Meet key metrics including revenue and number of prospects in pipeline, meetings per month and closed sales Comply with sales reporting requirements Ensure all client data is entered into CRM System (SalesForce) in a timely manner Additional duties as assigned   Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Ability to quickly learn business model and value proposition Ability to work collaboratively with others Strong oral and written communication skills Experience with salesforce.compreferred Must obtain and maintain appropriate licenses Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment Education and/or Experience: Minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in human resources-related field Proven success selling services and working in a consultative sales role College degree or equivalent experience Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Life, Accident and Health License required GBA or CEBS Certification preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
